I add personal touches, like referencing our daughters and grandsons with the Christmas stockings.

Please feel free to change this template in whatever way suits you. Hope it helps.

Subject Line: Good for your health, good for the Chorale

Dear All,

I am once more singing with the Davis Community Chorale and once more we are having our Annual Holiday Citrus Sale. This fruit is not only delicious but also sells for a good price, is for a good cause, and is good for you. Also, I will deliver your order to your door. Honestly, you can’t beat a deal like this!

All the fruit is of very high quality. It is picked fresh and ready-to-eat but keeps well in a cool/cold outdoor closet or garage for a month. The mandarins are organic. They are handy to put in Christmas stockings and also make a beautiful display in a handsome basket or bowl.

Please respond if you would like to order anything listed below. You need not respond if you don’t wish to order.

SEEDLESS SATSUMA MANDARIN ORANGES (organic)
Box (25 lbs.) – $45
1/2 Box – $23

TEXAS RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT
Box (40/box) – $45
1/2 Box – $23

TEXAS HAMLIN JUICE ORANGES
Box (115/box) – $45
1/2 Box – $23

I will need your payment as soon as possible after you place an order, either by mail or in person. Checks should be made to the Davis Community Chorale. My address is (####), if you choose to send the check by mail.

I must place orders for the mandarins by Wednesday, November 23, and will pick up and deliver them to you on the weekend of December 2-4.

Orders for the grapefruit and oranges are due Friday, December 2, with pick up and delivery the weekend of December 9-11.

Thank you so much for helping us share wonderful choral music with the community.

Joan
